Our delivery and payment policy
Ours products are regulated in some countries, it is the CUSTOMER's responsibility to learn about the legislation of his country. Therefore, the CLIENT is solely responsible for a possible withholding of his package by customs.
Our products are shipped to the delivery address indicated by the CLIENT during the ordering process. Our delivery partner is SERPOST, the products leave from Peru, hence the delivery times mentioned on the site. An E-mail will be sent to the CLIENT to confirm his order, E-mail proportioned by the customer himself.
During the order process Coca Leaf indicates the amount of shipping costs that the CUSTOMER will have to pay in addition to the products. Delivery times are also indicated but indicative. The product will be given to the CUSTOMER against signature and presentation of an ID, if the CUSTOMER is not present, he will be left a notice indicating the place of removal of the package.
A track number will be provided to the CUSTOMER so that he can track the status of his package. If the article is returned to us for any reason, then Coca Leaf will inform you by E-mail as soon as the products will be received. You can then ask us to return the package or cancel your order. If the items are not delivered due to a CLIENT error and a refund is requested, the delivery costs will be deducted from the refund.
